About this Painting
Exhibited in the jury selected Arizona Watercolor Association's Spring Exhibition 2003. Started out as an abstract floral piece, then, as it unfolded, was grounded into a vase, making it somewhat representational. It was painted with Daniel Smith and Holbien watercolor paints. It is titled Ambition due to the challenge it represented.
